AI Consulting for Small Business
Our AI consulting for small business gives you a plain-English plan: where AI fits in your work, which tools to use, what to keep or cut from the software you already pay for, and how to measure the return. We start with a small pilot on one or two workflows, working on-site across the Tulsa metro or remotely anywhere in the US.
- Free 20-minute consult
- Based in Tulsa, OK · working nationwide
- Plain English, no jargon
Who is AI consulting for?
AI consulting is for owners and teams at small and mid-sized businesses, roughly 2 to 200 employees, who know AI should be helping but don't know where to start. Larger companies are welcome too.
- Owners and operators who wear ten hats and don't have time to test every new AI tool
- Office managers, admins, HR staff and agents who spend too much of the week on reports, proposals and email
- Teams that bought AI tools that never got used and want to know what to keep or cut
- Anyone who's hit a wall of AI jargon and wants straight answers in plain English
If you're a developer or AI researcher looking for deep technical content, we're probably not the right fit.

How does AI consulting work?
AI consulting with LegacyAI Solutions works in four steps: Discover, Design, Build and Deploy, with you in the loop the whole way. It starts with a free 20-minute call and leads to a small pilot you can measure before you decide to scale.
Discover
After a free 20-minute consult and a scoping conversation, we run an AI readiness assessment: how your work gets done, where the time goes and which tools you already pay for.
Design
We choose the tools and models, write the roadmap and send a written proposal with a fixed price or a range.
Build
We run a small AI pilot program on one or two workflows. We ship a first version fast and send weekly or biweekly progress updates.
Deploy
We roll out what worked, show your team how to use it and measure the return before anything scales.
What tools do we use for AI strategy?
We start by reviewing the software you already pay for, then bring in Claude, OpenAI's models, LangChain or Python where they fit the plan.
- The software you already use, reviewed before we suggest anything new
- Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic
- OpenAI's models, the ones behind ChatGPT
- LangChain, a toolkit for connecting AI models to your own data and apps
- Python, a programming language for custom analysis and prototypes
Do you do AI consulting on-site or remotely?
Both. LegacyAI Solutions is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the Broken Arrow area, so we do AI consulting on-site with businesses across the Tulsa metro and remotely with businesses anywhere in the US. Either way it starts with a free 20-minute call.
We're founder-led. Our founder, Nate Araskog, has used Claude in his own businesses since early 2025, and everything we teach has been tested somewhere it actually mattered.
AI consulting questions
What does an AI consultant do?
An AI consultant helps you decide where AI fits in your business and how to put it to work. For us, that means assessing your workflows, choosing tools and models, reviewing what you already pay for and writing a roadmap that starts with a small pilot. Because we also build and train, we can help carry the plan out.
How much does an AI consultant cost?
We don't publish prices, because every business starts in a different place. After a free 20-minute call and a scoping conversation, you get a written proposal with a fixed price or a range, based on how many workflows are involved and whether we'll build and train as well as plan. Payments follow milestones, starting with a deposit, and any scope change needs a written change order, so there's never a surprise invoice.
Is AI consulting worth it for a small business?
It's worth it when it saves your team real time, and you should be able to see that before you spend much. That's why we start with a pilot on one or two workflows and measure the return. If AI isn't the right answer for a task, we'll tell you so.
What is an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment is a plain look at where your business stands with AI today: which tasks eat the most time, which tools you already pay for, and where AI would help or wouldn't. It points to the best places to start and feeds straight into your roadmap and first pilot.
How do you measure AI ROI?
You measure AI ROI by comparing a task before and after AI: the hours it takes, the mistakes it produces and how much more work your team can take on. We agree on those measures before a pilot starts and check them when it ends, so the decision to scale rests on your own numbers.
Why do AI projects fail?
Many AI projects stall for plain reasons, not technical ones: a tool gets bought and never adopted, the team hits a wall of jargon, or the project starts too big to show results. We plan around all three by starting with a small pilot, explaining everything in plain English and training the people who'll use it.
Do I need an AI consultant, or can I do it myself?
You can do a lot on your own, and if a task is simple, we'll say so. A consultant earns their keep when you're choosing between tools, connecting AI to the systems you already run or getting a whole team to use it. The free 20-minute call is an easy way to find out which side you're on.
What does an AI pilot look like?
An AI pilot is a small, real test on one or two of your workflows, using your actual work instead of a demo. We ship a first version fast, send weekly or biweekly updates and improve it as your team uses it. At the end, you decide whether to scale it, change it or stop.
