AI Training & Workshops

AI Training for Small Business Teams

Our AI training for small business teaches owners and employees to use AI on their everyday work, in plain English, with hands-on practice on tasks like reports, proposals and email. We run workshops on-site across the Tulsa metro and remotely anywhere in the US, and it starts with a free 20-minute consult.

  • Free 20-minute consult
  • Based in Tulsa, OK ยท working nationwide
  • Plain English, no jargon

Who are our AI workshops for?

Our AI workshops are for owners and employees at small and mid-sized businesses, roughly 2 to 200 people, especially non-technical staff who know AI should be helping but don't know where to start. Larger companies are welcome too, and no technical background is needed.

  • Owners and operators who wear ten hats and know AI should be helping, but don't know where to start
  • Office managers, admins, HR staff and agents who spend too much of the week on reports, proposals and email
  • Teams that bought an AI tool that never really got used
  • Anyone who's hit a wall of AI jargon and wants straight answers in plain English

If you're a developer or AI researcher looking for deep technical content, our workshops probably aren't the right fit.

What does AI training for employees cover?

AI training for employees covers the practical side of using AI at work: choosing the right assistant, giving it the context it needs, checking what it writes and knowing when not to use it. Everything is taught in plain English, with hands-on practice on real tasks.

  • Plain-English AI workshops for business owners and their teams, with no code required
  • Hands-on practice on everyday work like reports, proposals and email
  • A side-by-side look at Claude and ChatGPT, so you can choose the right assistant
  • How to write a business-context prompt: reusable instructions that tell AI about your business, so drafts come back closer to right
  • Straight talk about risk, company data and when not to use AI
  • On-site sessions across the Tulsa metro, or remote sessions anywhere in the US

How does AI training for small business work?

Our AI training follows the same four steps as every project we take on (Discover, Design, Build and Deploy), starting with a free 20-minute consult. We learn how your team works, build the training around its real tasks, run hands-on sessions on-site or remotely and offer ongoing support afterward if you want it. You stay in the loop the whole way.

  1. Discover

A free 20-minute consult, then a scoping conversation about your team, the tools you use and the tasks that eat up your week.

  2. Design

We plan the training around your team's real work and send a written proposal with a fixed price or a range.

  3. Build

We build plain-English, hands-on workshops around your team's real tasks and run them on-site across the Tulsa metro or remotely anywhere in the US.

  4. Deploy

Your team puts AI to work on its own tasks. Ongoing support is available as a monthly plan if you want help afterward.

Which AI tools will your team learn?

Your team learns Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, and how it compares with ChatGPT from OpenAI, so you can pick the right one for your work. When training comes with a full Claude setup, it also covers the desktop apps your team will use every day.

  • Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic
  • ChatGPT, the AI assistant from OpenAI, compared side by side with Claude
  • Claude Desktop and Cowork, for everyday office work, when training comes with a full Claude setup

How do I start using AI at work as a beginner?

Start with one task you do every week, like a status report or a batch of customer emails, and try it with an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. Tell it about your business and what you need, read what comes back and edit it. Once that task gets faster, add the next one.

  • Pick one repeat task that eats your time, such as a weekly report, a proposal or routine email.
  • Choose one assistant and stick with it for a while. If you'll share company information, use a business account, such as Claude Team or ChatGPT Business, instead of a free personal one.
  • Give it context. A prompt is the instructions you type to an AI assistant, and a business-context prompt adds who you are, who you serve and what a good result looks like.
  • Check everything before you use it. AI drafts can sound confident and still be wrong, so you stay the editor.
  • Save what works. Keep the prompts that give you good results so you can reuse them next week.

Is there free AI training for small businesses?

Yes. Free AI training for small businesses is available from Grow with Google, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's small business AI resources and local Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs), and it's a good place to learn the basics. Hands-on training adds practice on your own work, with your own team.

If a free course covers what you need, use it. We'd rather you start there than pay for training you don't need. Here's what hands-on training built around your business adds:

  • Practice on your team's real tasks, like reports, proposals and email
  • Your whole team learning together, so everyone uses AI the same way
  • Answers to your own questions in plain English, including when not to use AI
  • Help choosing between Claude and ChatGPT for the work you actually do
  • Ongoing support afterward, available as a monthly plan

Do you offer in-person AI workshops in Tulsa?

Yes. LegacyAI Solutions is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the Broken Arrow area, and we run in-person AI workshops on-site with businesses across the Tulsa metro. Teams anywhere else in the US can train with us remotely, and either way it starts with a free 20-minute call.

We're founder-led. Our founder, Nate Araskog, completed the AI Generalist Accelerator Program by Outskill.

Why learn AI from a firm that builds with it?

Everything we teach has been tested somewhere it actually mattered, because we teach and build. We use AI in our own business and build AI systems for clients, so what your team learns comes from real work. Here are a few examples.

  • Our founder has used Claude in his own businesses since early 2025.
  • Every morning, our own scheduled Claude agent scans AI news, docs and community sources and writes a short brief on what changed and why it matters. It has run daily since March 2026.
  • We built a brand-voice plugin for Claude, with 4 skills and 6 commands, that keeps every draft in one brand voice.
  • We built Cram ACT, an adaptive ACT prep app whose AI tutor, powered by Claude, explains why an answer was wrong.

AI training questions

What will my team be able to do after AI training?

The goal is for your team to use AI on its own everyday work, like first drafts of reports, proposals and email, without waiting on someone technical. They'll know how to give an AI assistant the business context it needs, how to check what it writes and when not to use it at all. If you want more, we can also set up Claude and reusable workflows for them.

Do I need to be technical to learn AI?

No. Our training is AI for non-technical people: owners, office managers, admins, HR staff and agents. No code is required, and we explain each term in plain English the first time it comes up. Businesses shouldn't need a PhD in machine learning to benefit from AI, and your team doesn't need one to use it well.

Should my team learn Claude or ChatGPT?

Neither one is the best pick for every business. It depends on your work and the tools you already use. Comparing the two is the subject of one of our free guides, and in training we'll help you choose. Our founder has used Claude in his own businesses since early 2025, and if ChatGPT fits you better, we'll say so.

Is it safe for employees to use AI with company information?

Using AI with company information can be safe if you pick the right plan and set a few ground rules. Anthropic says data from Claude's Team and Enterprise plans and its API (the connection other software uses to reach Claude) isn't used to train its models by default, while consumer Free, Pro and Max chats may be unless the user opts out. OpenAI says the same of ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu. We'll be honest about the risks, too.

How much does AI training cost?

We don't publish prices, because every team starts in a different place. After a free 20-minute consult and a scoping conversation, you get a written proposal with a fixed price or a range. Payments are tied to milestones, starting with a deposit, and any change in scope goes through a written change order, so there's never a surprise invoice.

What's the difference between AI training and a Claude setup?

AI training teaches your team how to use AI on its own work. A Claude setup goes further: we set up Claude for your business, connect it to tools your team already uses, such as Google Workspace or Slack, build reusable projects and workflows, and train your staff to use them. Pick training for the know-how, or a setup if you also want Claude connected and ready to go.

Can you help after the training is over?

Yes. Ongoing support is available as a monthly plan if your team wants help as it keeps going. If your team repeats the same tasks every week, we can also build custom Claude skills and plugins that turn them into commands Claude handles the same way every time. You decide whether you need either one.
